These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and any services, programs, memberships, communities, coaching, consulting, training, or speaking engagements offered by Webber Consulting LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing this website, purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website or any related services.
1. Company Information

All programs, services, and communities may be marketed under brand or program names but are legally owned and operated by Webber Consulting LLC.
2. Services Provided
Webber Consulting LLC provides educational and professional services including, but not limited to:
Coaching
Consulting
Training
Speaking engagements
Live group memberships and online communities
Services are delivered digitally and may include live calls, recorded sessions, written materials, templates, tools, and community access via third-party platforms including Mighty Networks and Zoom.
Access is provided only for the duration of an active membership or paid engagement. No lifetime access is granted unless explicitly stated in writing.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in any services.
By using this site or services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
4. Payment Terms
Membership Billing
Memberships are billed month-to-month unless otherwise stated.
Billing recurs automatically until canceled in accordance with these Terms.
Annual Terms (If Offered)
Annual memberships are valid for 365 days from the date of payment receipt.
Annual fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payment Method
Payments are processed through third-party processors, including Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis when applicable.
5. No Refunds. No Exchanges.

This applies to:
Membership fees
Coaching
Consulting
Training
Speaking engagements
Community access
Digital or live services of any kind
By purchasing, you expressly waive any right to dispute or chargeback for dissatisfaction, non-use, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.
6. Cancellation and 30-Day Notice Requirement
You may cancel a membership by providing at least thirty (30) days written notice prior to your next billing date.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Failure to cancel properly will result in continued billing.
Access continues through the end of the paid period.
No refunds are issued for failure to provide timely notice.
7. Missed Payments and Suspension
If a payment fails or is missed:
Access may be immediately suspended
Access may be restored once the account is brought current
Continued non-payment may result in termination of access without refund
We reserve the right to use reasonable collection methods consistent with applicable law.
8. Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for future billing cycles.
Members will receive at least 30 days notice prior to any pricing change.
Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
9. Intellectual Property
All content provided through this website or services is the intellectual property of Webber Consulting LLC, including but not limited to:
Frameworks
Methodologies
Recordings
Templates
Worksheets
Slides
Written materials
Community content
You may not:
Share
Reproduce
Resell
Distribute
Publish
License
Any content without express written permission.
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund and legal action.
10. Community Conduct and Termination Rights
We reserve the right to:
Remove any participant for disruptive, unethical, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
Terminate access for violations of these Terms
Enforce community guidelines at our sole discretion
Termination for cause does not entitle you to any refund.
11. Disclaimer of Guarantees
We make no guarantees regarding:
Income
Revenue
Business results
Productivity gains
Personal outcomes
All services are educational and strategic in nature. Results vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and execution.
12. Not Professional Advice
Our services do not constitute:
Legal advice
Financial advice
Tax advice
Medical advice
Mental health or therapeutic services
Nothing provided should be interpreted as professional advice. You are responsible for consulting licensed professionals as needed.
13. Educational References to Neurodivergence
Any references to productivity styles, ADHD traits, neurodivergence, or learning differences are provided for educational purposes only and do not constitute diagnosis or treatment.
14. Assumption of Risk
You understand that participation in coaching, consulting, or community environments involves personal decision-making and responsibility.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webber Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or services.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding any claim.
16. Indemnification and Hold Harmless
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Webber Consulting LLC, its owners, officers, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
Your participation
Your conduct
Your misuse of services
Your violation of these Terms
17. Third-Party Platforms
We are not responsible for outages, errors, or limitations of third-party platforms including but not limited to:
Stripe
Mighty Networks
Zoom
Email providers
Google Workspace
Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and applicable United States federal law.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Missouri, unless otherwise required by law.
19. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
